What is Sensitive Data in the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act (“MCDPA”)?

Sensitive data is a form of personal data. Sensitive data means: (a) personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, mental or physical health condition or diagnosis, sexual orientation, or citizenship or immigration status; (b) the processing of biometric data or genetic information for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual; (c) the personal data of a known child; or (d) specific geolocation data.
