Where is the Privacy Policy Supposed to be Posted, acorrding to the CAN-SPAM Act?

The CAN-SPAM Act requires that a privacy policy be clearly and conspicuously posted on the website collecting the consumer’s data.  To be clear and conspicuous, the link to the privacy policy must appear at the end of the home page and labeled “privacy policy”.  In the alternative, the link to the privacy policy must appear at or near the submit button on the registration page.  Either of these locations is acceptable and compliant.
