What is the Right to Opt-out according to the CCPA?

A Consumer may request that businesses stop selling thier personal information (“opt-out”). With some exceptions, businesses cannot sell consumer personal information after they receive their opt-out request unless they later provide authorization allowing them to do so again. Businesses must wait at least 12 months before asking a consumer to opt back in to the sale of your personal information.
