LexisNexis brought into compliance with DAA Self-Regulatory Principles

BBB National Programs' Digital Advertising Accountability Program announced data broker LexisNexis was brought into compliance with the Digital Advertising Alliance's Self-Regulatory Principles for online interest-based advertising. LexisNexis previously did not provide a link on each webpage of its site informing users where third-party data collection for interest-based advertising occurs.

GAO recommends update to FDA's medical device cybersecurity agreement

The U.S. Government Accountability Office suggested the Food and Drug Administration's cybersecurity agreement for medical devices be updated in coordination with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, FedScoop reports.
