What is a Child in the Protection of Children in Online Spaces Provision in the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (“FDBR”)?

Known child means a child under circumstances of which a controller has actual knowledge of, or willfully disregards, the child’s age. Child or children means a consumer or consumers who are under 18 years of age.
