US lawmakers raise bipartisan FISA Section 702 reforms

With the deadline to reauthorize Section 702 of the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act looming at the end of the year, a bipartisan group of U.S. Senate and House members introduced legislation to reform the existing law.
