Netherlands' DPA issues guidance for companies deploying AI chatbots

The Netherlands' data protection authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, issued guidance for companies using chatbots powered by artificial intelligence. The AP said chatbots tend to leak personal data to the company that developed the original model, such as Microsoft or OpenAI, after the company deploying the chatbot feeds personal information into the model.
