US prosecutors seek 15 month sentence for former Uber CISO
U.S. prosecutors asked a federal judge to sentence former Uber Chief Information Security Officer Joe Sullivan to 15 months in prison after he obstructed an investigation into the company, BankInfoSecurity reports. In October 2022, Sullivan was convicted on charges of obstruction and misprision of a felony, "which refers to knowing something is a felony and covering it up."
